This shochu is a blend of undiluted shochus of varying distillation methods and storage conditions: shochu stored in French oak casks, shochu stored in sherry casks, directly distilled shochu stored in earthenware crocks for 13 years, and indirectly distilled shochu stored in tanks.

A wide-mouth tumbler that quickens evaporation and brings out umami. Ceramic cups, which create smooth mouthfeel, are ideal for shochu with hot water. Cups made of stainless steel or other metal are good for shochu with cold water.
Serve it as a highball during a meal, then serve it neat with dessert.
