This is a sparkling sake, a new type of sake.
It has a subtle rice sweetness, a good amount of tartness, and pleasantly refreshing bubbles. With the alcohol content of 5%, it's easy to drink for light drinkers as well.

A glass that widens at the rim is recommended in order to maximize the fragrance.
Japanese dishes: grilled salmon, fatty tuna, nikujaga (beef and potato stew), butter-sauteed scallops.
Western dishes: gratin, Spaghetti Neapolitan (pan-fried spaghetti seasoned with ketchup), cream cheese.
Chinese dishes: Ebi chili (stir-fried prawns in chili sauce).
