SAKE SEASONS

Honjozo

We propose that there is a different type of sake to drink depending on the season.
(Spring: Honjozo Kanzake, Summer: Junmai Sake, Autumn: Junmai Ginjo Genshu, Winter: Junmai Daiginjo).
Aichi Prefecture is a region associated with foxes, as seen in the story of Gon the Fox and Toyokawa Inari Shrine, and this has been designed in an anime style.
With a volume roughly the size of a single 800ml bottle, four different types of sake can be enjoyed by beginners, or by drinking them hot or cold. It is lightweight and unbreakable, making it easy to carry around.
