This is Maruishi Jozo's highest grade sake.
It uses Hyogo prefecture's Yamada Nishiki, which is polished to a 35% ratio and then fermented at a low temperature for a long time. It has a refined, deep sweetness, an expansive aroma, and a clean, crisp finish. This sake, which comes in a paulownia box, is perfect as a gift.
