Toshun Shuzo is located near Route No. 19 (Moriyama Ward of Nagoya city) of Zenkoji temple main road. Founded in 1865, since then they have been aiming to poduce sake that brings out the best of rice umami. Azumaryu Daiginjo Tatsuya is brewed handmade.
The fragrance reminiscent of citrus fruits is very refreshing, and is daiginjo with a delicate flavor from sake rice.

A glass that widens at the rim is recommended in order to maximize the fragrance.
It pairs well with white fish sashimi (thinly sliced) with yuzu-ponzu, seaweed and crab marinated in vinegar, wine-steamed white fish, sake-steamed clams garnished with Japanese pepper herb, pickled octopus, and bamboo shoot dishes.
