All of the rice used is "Yamada-Nishiki" grown by contract farmers. The rice is polished to a high polishing ratio of 30%, which eliminates any unwanted flavors and gives the sake a clear mouthfeel. The sake is also bottled in its original state, making it a luxurious sake with a rich, full-bodied flavor.
