Senshin means to get back to the "beginner's mind" and live a beautiful life of honoring others. The sake is made with Takane Nishiki sake rice that was grown at a contracted farm. It is extremely dry, yet the flavor fills the mouth in a refined manner. This flavor is obtained through polishing the sake rice to a 28% ratio, then brewing and slowly maturing it.
