"Bon Tokusen Junmai Daiginjo Excellent Deluxe" is a Junmai Daiginjo sake made using Yamada Nishiki rice grown under contract in Hyogo Prefecture's Special A region, and aged at 0℃ for more than two years.
It has a wonderful grapefruit-like aroma and a rich, smooth, deep flavor with a structure that gives it a rich and delicious taste. It is a classic masterpiece of Bon's Junmai Daiginjo sake.
Its deeper, more varied and firm flavor makes it the perfect pairing with a variety of dishes.
