The rice, rice koji, and brewer's alcohol of this daiginjo are made with 100% Yamada Nishiki sake rice from Tokushima prefecture. The sake is matured in casks made of Japanese mountain cherry trees. Enjoy the cherry tree aroma that unfolds in each sip as well as the refreshing daiginjo aroma and sturdy palate unique to sake made with 100% Yamada Nishiki sake rice.
