This is the Asahiyama series' highest grade junmai daiginjo. It uses Koshitanrei sake rice, which is grown and harvested in Niigata's beautiful nature, then brewed with the kurabitos' (brewers') finest artisanship. Enjoy the fragrant aroma, which resembles ripe apple or banana, and the elegant flavor that has both mouth-filing umami and a crisp finish.

A glass that widens at the rim is recommended in order to maximize the fragrance.
Enjoy it as a kanpai-shu (sake to have for a toast) with no food pairing. Be thrown into a moment of rapture, in which music and poems arise in one's heart.
