This is the Kubota series' highest grade sake, whose fine aroma and flavor are perfected by kurabitos (brewers). The soft mouthfeel and the balanced umami lend the sake a strong presence whether served slightly chilled or slightly heated.

A bowl-shaped sake cup is recommended to bring out the sake's umami and sweetness. Earthenware and porcelain cups match well, too.
The sake's flavor expands in one's mouth, and this enables the person to taste its umami with any food pairing.
It matches best with dishes like sushi, tempura, and grilled food. They complement each other very well.
