KUHEIJI has always cherished the attitude of continuously questioning, “What is sake?”
This time, we posed that question to “fruit,” setting the stage with sake and facing yuzu head-on.
This product uses freshly squeezed Japanese yuzu juice in abundance.
Rather than relying on flavorings or concentrated juice, we pursued a living taste that allows you to feel the breath of the fruit itself.
The base sake is one we nurtured and brewed with our own hands.
Its delicacy and depth are embraced by the vivid aroma and acidity of yuzu, forming a sake with clear contours.
This is not “fruit liquor,” but KUHEIJI’s interpretation of “expressing yuzu.”
A yuzu liqueur that fuses the freshness of the ingredient with the philosophy of sake—uniquely KUHEIJI.
Unlike conventional sweet liqueurs, we propose it as “fruit liquor to accompany cuisine.”
